1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WebMCP (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
2. Description of Service
WebMCP provides AI-readiness auditing tools that analyze websites and produce reports, scores, and recommendations. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, and WordPress to retrieve publicly available store data for analysis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.
3. Data You Submit
When you use WebMCP, you may submit website URLs, store connection credentials, and audit-related information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to authorize the analysis of any website or store URL you submit, and that providing the associated credentials does not violate any agreement you have with a third party.
4. Use of Data for Training and Improvement
All data collected through the Service — including audit results, website content retrieved during analysis, and usage patterns — is used solely for training, improving, and refining our AI models and audit engine. We do not sell, rent, or resell your data to any third party. Your data is never offered for purchase or distributed to external marketers or data brokers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to audit websites you do not own or are not authorized to analyze; (b) attempt to access systems or data beyond what your credentials permit; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's underlying models or proprietary logic; (d) use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
6. Accounts and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed through our payment provider at the rates displayed on the Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, audit methodology, scoring algorithms, reports, and documentation, is owned by WebMCP and protected by intellectual property laws. Audit reports generated for your websites are yours to use internally; you may not resell or redistribute the Service's reports or outputs as a standalone product without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Google Sheets, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those services. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. WebMCP is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms.
9. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Audit scores and recommendations are analytical estimates based on publicly retrievable data and do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, AI visibility, or business outcomes. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that findings will be complete or accurate for every website.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebMCP and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebMCP and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where WebMCP operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
