(b) Website and audit data, including the URLs you submit for analysis, the content retrieved from those sites during an audit, and the resulting scores, findings, and reports. (c) Connection credentials you voluntarily provide when linking a Shopify, WooCommerce, or WordPress store. (d) Usage data such as how you interact with the Service, features used, and device/browser information.
2. How We Use Your Data
All data collected through WebMCP is used exclusively for training, improving, and refining our AI audit engine and analytical models. This includes using audit results and retrieved website content to improve the accuracy of future audits, develop new audit categories, and enhance recommendations. We also use data to operate and maintain the Service, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and ensure security and prevent abuse.
3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
WebMCP does not sell, rent, trade, or resell your personal data or audit data to any third party. Your data is never offered for purchase, listed on any data marketplace, or distributed to external marketers, advertisers, or data brokers. Data shared with service providers (such as our payment processor or cloud infrastructure) is limited to what is necessary to operate the Service and is governed by strict confidentiality obligations.
4. Store Credentials
When you connect a Shopify, WooCommerce, or WordPress store, the credentials you provide (such as API tokens) are stored securely and used only to retrieve the data needed for your audit. We do not access your store beyond what is necessary to perform the requested analysis, and we do not modify your store's content or settings without your explicit action.
5. Data Retention
We retain your audit data and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide and improve the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us through the Contact page. Certain data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for model training after your account is deleted, but it will no longer be linked to you personally.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and row-level security that ensures you can only access your own audit records. Only authorized administrators can access data beyond your own, and only for legitimate operational purposes. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

WebMCP integrates with third-party platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Google Sheets, and payment providers. These services have their own privacy policies governing the data they collect when you use them. We encourage you to review their policies.
